Celebrating 62 years of excellence. Rich Ford, located in Lomas and Wyoming, has been serving New Mexicans for more than six decades and they are celebrating their 62nd year in a big way. The celebrations kick off throughout the month of March.
For the 62nd year in a row, New Mexicans have made Rich Ford the top Ford dealer in the state, says Rich Ford President, Darin Wade. One of the ways the dealership is recognizing this milestone is by offering special anniversary edition vehicles that you can only get during this sale.
The anniversary sale will include these items, Ford’s Electric vehicles like the new all-electric F-150 Lightning truck, Mach-E, and Ford’s gas-powered vehicles which include models of the Escape, the Edge and the Expedition.
Rich Ford was one of the first Ford dealers to take part in Ford Motor Company’s ‘Blue Advantage Certified Pre-Owned’ program. This allows the dealership to certified pre-owned cars that are bands other than Ford. This program gives the consumer peace of mind knowing that they will be driving a very good quality vehicle.
Wade is encouraging the whole family to come out to the dealership during the month of March. Guests can check out mini-golf and a motorcycle show. There will also be car shows showcasing The Mustang Club and The Thunderbird Club and all of this is free of charge.
“To be the number one car store, you’ve got to have cars,” says Wade. During the March anniversary sale, Rich Ford will have their best deals of the year on vehicles like the F-150, the Bronco, the Mach-E electric car, the Lightning electric truck, and more. “One of the things we love about this sale is we have these limited edition, special anniversary editions, that you can only get a Rich Ford.”
Along with the special edition vehicles, Rich Ford is offering reduced prices. “The neatest thing is just in time for the sale, I want to say that we had a lot to do with it, but Ford Motor Company, from Detroit, has just reduced the price to try to make them even more affordable to New Mexicans,” says Wade.
Rich Ford also has special financing options all sale long. “So many of these brand-new vehicles have either 0% or 3.9% financing,” says Wade. “The Mach-E: 0% financing for 72 months. We’ve also got 0% financing on the ’23 model Escape. We’ve got 3.9% financing on the super popular Bronco Sport. We’ve got 0%t financing for the number one SUV that started SUVs – that was the Ford Explorer.”
With its anniversary, Rich Ford is also very excited to announce the unveiling of its new EV charging station – complete with a dog park. “We’ve got three level threes and six level two chargers. And these level three chargers, they’re like the size of refrigerators, and they can charge a lot of vehicles in like 20 minutes,” says Wade.
Wade makes note that you still have 20 minutes to wait, so what do you do with your time? Visit the dog park. “Anyone who happens to be traveling through, they have a relief station for their dogs; they can get some exercise,” says Wade. “To have this dog park is definitely a positive option.”
But there are more than just cars to look forward to during the anniversary sale. “We’ve got a bunch of the cars clubs like the Rio Grande Mustang club is coming. We’ve got the Pajarito Thunderbird club that’s coming. We’ve got the Poco Cuatros Model A club that’s coming. We’ve got mini golf that’s going to be out here. We’re going to be serving hot dogs. We even have Misfit the Monster Truck,” says Wade.
“Our dealership has 60% repeat and referral business, and I’ve never seen that anywhere in the country, which tells me that New Mexicans are loyal,” says Wade. “We’ve got all of these wonderful customers, and it’s our job to make sure that we continue to satisfy them because if not, they have more choices than they have ever had in the history of the car business. And so we don’t take that likely.
